Private Equity and Treasury Analyst Senior Position

Description

Aktiva Capital is a private equity fund comprised by a portfolio of companies in different industries: energy, logistics, transportation, finance, technology, and other services.

La vacante realizará, entre otras, las siguientes actividades:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury, procurement, financing, and prepare cash flow and P&L for one of the different companies.
• Prepare financial information and reports for the senior management, board of directors and shareholders orientated to their decision-making.
• Perform analysis of investment performance and identification of operational improvements, asset management and financial resources, cost reduction, and operations optimization.
• Business relation with banks and financial sector entities.

Profile:

• 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity firms, investment management, strategic consulting, or related.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Outstanding work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and sound judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
